How does Stuff Haulers work?
1. You call, email, or text us and describe the item(s), junk, debris, or stuff you need removed and tell us what it takes to access the items: Is stair or elevator access required? Is disassembly required? Is the sofa a sofa bed or a regular or sectional sofa? Is there concrete, bricks, or other heavy material involved?
Is your donation pickup service free?
Our donation pickup service is similar to our junk removal service and is charged at similar rates. The good thing though, is that if your items are accepted by the donation center (Goodwill, Salvation Army, A Wider Circle, etc.), we get the charitable donation receipt for you. We have it completed it with your information, take a photo of it, and email or text it to you for your records.
Billing & Pricing
Minimum fee: $70
Examples:
*Box spring OR mattress outside your property or on your apartment's dock
A basic dismantled bed frame, curbside or on 1st level of home
*A few curbside boxes or bags
Payments Accepted
We do not accept checks or Bitcoin. Most everything else is acceptable.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that things happen, agendas change. If you need to cancel or reschedule we ask that you apply the Golden Rule and give us as much notice as you would want:-)

If for some reason you are not satisfied with our service, let us know and we promise to do our very best to rectify the situation.
